系统组成及称重桥架：

ICS-20系列皮带秤主要由四部分组成：ICS-20型杠杆式称重桥架（托辊可选）、S型称重传感器、测速传感器、WTC3001型积算器。电源：220VAC,50HZ功率：50W

ICS-20 型称重桥架在单杠杆上装有一组托辊，采用一只拉式传感器中间支撑，外侧支撑采用无磨擦耳轴支点，这种封闭装置可以防震、防潮、防腐及防止物料堆积，因而在恶劣的环境中不发生使用刀口装置和轴承装置带来的问题。称重桥架主梁采用矩形钢管，这使整个称重桥架具有足够的刚性、较小的自重、外表积灰面积达到。无运动和易损件。为了保证整个系统的稳定性，高精度电阻应变片式传感器安装于受拉部位，减少非线性误差。对于比重较轻物料的测量可采用配重秤架。
