4 检验规则

对于定点厂家供应的F-40材料，应依据供方质保书或检测报告验收，并进行定期委外制样或检测。
For fixed-point manufacturers supply F-40 materials, should be based on the supplier quality assurance or inspection report acceptance, and regular outsourcing sample or detection.
5 包装
5 packaging
F-40材料应内用聚乙烯塑料薄膜包装，外再用木桶或铁桶密封包装。每袋净重25kg。
F-40 material should be used in polyethylene plastic film packaging, and outer barrel or drum sealing packing. Net weight per bag 25kg.
6 附件
6 attachment
每批F-40材料应附有质量检验单，每桶树脂应有合格证，并标明：制造厂名、制造日期、生产批号、产品名称、质量等级、产品型号、毛重、净重。
Each batch of F-40 materials should be accompanied by the quality inspection report, a barrel of resin should have certificate, and indicate the manufacturer, production date, batch number, product name, product type, quality grade, gross weight and net weight.
