低温保存法：
1.简单保存法，将琼脂斜面孢子培养物、菌丝悬浮液以及由麸皮、大米、小米等谷物原料制成的孢子培养物置于4℃冰箱保存,保存时间不超过1～2个月，若将谷物原料制备的孢子瓶抽真空并在棉塞上浸蜡,以隔绝外界空气和水汽,保持时间可达3～4个月。
功效;
1、分解出长石、云母等矿物中的钾、硅，也能分解出磷灰石中的磷，，具有溶磷、释钾和固氮功能，同时能在生长繁殖过程中产生有机酸、氨基酸、多糖、激素等有利于植物吸收和利用的物质。
2、本品在土壤中繁殖后，分泌植物生激素及多种酶，以增强作物对一些病害的抵抗力；也抑制其他病原菌的生长。
3、菌体内的钾在菌体死亡后，游离出来，又可被植物吸收利用。作为微生物肥料中的一种重要功能菌，可提高土壤*钾、磷含量，提高作物产量和品质等多种效。
