Three Phase Enclosed

Baldor's extensive line of General Purpose three phase motors are available in totally enclosed cast iron and industrial steel bａnd for harsh applications. Designed for "general purpose" use means that these motors can be used in many applications. The Super E Motors (EM & CEM) provide NEMA Premium efficiency and are designed as standard to be inverter ready with wide variable torque speed ranges.

Single Phase Enclosed

Baldor's offers an extensive line of General Purpose single phase enclosed motors. In applications where only single phase power is utilized, these motors are available from 1/12 Hp through 15 Hp in TEFC designs. Standard foot mounted configurations are available, as well as C-Face foot mounted and C-Face footless. These are also offered in 1/4 Hp through 5 Hp as Super-E® Premium Efficient motors where energy savings is desired.

Single Phase Open

Baldor's offers an extensive line of General Purpose single phase open motors. In applications where only single phase power is utilized, these motors are available from 1/12 Hp through 10 Hp in ODP designs. Standard foot mounted configurations are available, as well as C-Face foot mounted and C-Face footless. These are also offered in 1/4 Hp through 5 Hp as Super-E® Premium Efficient motors where energy savings is desired.

General Severe Duty Motors

Baldor's extensive line of Severe Duty motors are designed to provide exceptional performance and long life in harsh industrial processing applications. These premium construction motors include features desiged to protect against contamination, moisture, vibration and demanding duty cycles. Super-E electrical designs are available on Severe Duty motors to create a packaged solution that reduces energy consuption and handles the punishment of the application.

IEEE 841 Motors

Baldor's line of 841XL motors are designed to meet and exceed the requirments of IEEE Std. 841. This Industry standard created for the Petrolium and Chemical Indusrty to improve the reliability, efficiency and performance of Severe Duty motors used in those applications. Other severe process industries like Forest Products have also adopted using the IEEE 841 spec as it helps promote uniform motor specification and reduce total cost of ownership.

Quarry Duty - Design C

Baldor•Reliance Quarry Duty motors are designed for Conveyors, gear reducers and other applications requiring NEMA Design C torques.

Crusher Duty Motors

Baldor•Reliance Crusher Duty motors are designed for Belt-driven rock crushers, pellet mills, and other applications requiring motors rated for severe duty service and high starting torques.

• Base speed: 900, 1200 and 1800 RPM

Oil Well Pump - Design D

Baldor•Reliance Oil Well Pump motors are designed for use on beam pumping units, punch presses and applications requiring high torque and high slip.

Dirty Duty® Plus

Baldor·Reliance Dirty Duty motors are designed for use where additional protection is required against wet and washdown environments, corrosive environments and marine applications.

RPM XE eXtreme Efficient Motors

Building on the RPM AC platform, comes the next break thru in energy savings and performance available for across the line operation. The RPM XE platform boasts the high performance features of the RPM AC design with increased energy savings of up to four levels above NEMA Premium® efficiency. Available in both a power dense and standard NEMA design which offers drop-in replacement capabilities of today’s standard induction motor.
