主要特征
在同一工位完成抽真空、充氮和封罐工作；
封口严密，有效保护产品品质；
罐内的气压和罐内含氮量可根据客户要求和具体情况进行调节，防止憋罐和胀罐；
罐内气体有效置换，延长保鲜期；
合理的给盖方式，气缸预先将盖子送到封罐压头下方，封罐时罐子升高顶起盖子到压头，保证准确对位，避免了预先给盖到罐子上，罐子移位时盖子偏移导致封罐划痕的风险；
伺服电机驱动封罐轮，封罐轮进出速度可调，保证封罐速度更快，卷边更均匀，紧密度更好；
真空泵前道装有过滤器，配置压缩空气反吹装置，过滤器上被吹走的粉尘从独立通道被吸走配合另配的除尘机，无需人工频繁清理过滤器；
PLC和触摸屏控制；
输送带进罐和出罐；
全不锈钢结构；
配置进口真空泵；
罐体形式圆柱形；
罐体材质马口铁、复合纸。
