收货时请仔细检查在运输过程中是否有产品损坏现象，如外壳划伤、裂痕、玻璃和灯泡破碎等；产品开箱后请检查包装箱内的附件是否齐全，如使用说明书、产品合格证、安装配件等；灯具安装后，供电前应检查灯具的接线方式是还正确，安装是否牢固，确保安全后才可正常供电；安装及更换灯泡时，应使用相同类型、功率的灯泡，如果改变灯泡类型或功率，应更换相应配套的镇流器；灯具表面有一定的温升，属正常现象；透明件中心温度较高，不得触摸；光源冷启动时间为（3～10）分钟，灯泡在高温状况下不能重启动属正常现象，建议等灯泡稍微冷却后再启动；拆装、维护灯具时，应由专业人员操作，发现有不正常现象应断电报修，不是专职维修人员不准擅自进行维修；操作前必须先断开电源，同时确保灯具可靠接地。
