传统的ELISA结果只报告“阳性”或者“阴性”,但不能解决“灰区”的问题,因此引入“可疑”的报告方式是比较合理和科学的,同时对结果做必要的说明,如“结果已经复查,建议定期复查或定量检测”;对于HBeAb、HBcAb检测,由于各试剂盒CO值差异及变异系数大等因素,结果缺乏可比性,位于CO值附近的标本复查结果阴阳性只是概率事件,另外HBcAb存在原倍和1:30检测模式及定量检测模式,减小室内变异的同时必须引入阳性和弱阳性的报告方式。
