（1）细胞培养上清液
根据需要用试剂盒中的标准稀释液稀释样品，然后按照说明书所述方法检测。*稀释浓度是稀释5倍。
（2）脑脊液
根据需要用试剂盒中的标准稀释液稀释样品，然后按照说明书所述方法检测。*稀释浓度是5倍。
（3）血浆
①用EDTA2K离心收集在真空血液收集管中的血液，5,000×g，15分钟，4℃，分离血浆样品，然后储存在零下80℃直到使用。
②用试剂盒中的标准稀释液5倍稀释血浆以避免血浆中的干扰物质影响检测，按照说明书方法检测。

1．准确性：标准品线性回归与预期浓度相关系数R值，大于等于0.9900。
2．灵敏度：zui低检测浓度小于10 pg/ml。
