ZCLM型皮带自动链码校验装置是对安装在皮带输送机上的电子皮带秤进行校验的设备，广泛应用于电力、冶金、化工、码头、建材、煤矿等使用电子皮带秤计量散状物料的场合。实现对电子皮带秤精度的自动校验，通常用于校验准确度等级为（0.5）~（2.0）之间的各类电子皮带秤。
工作原理：

ZCLM型链码校验装置设置在电子皮带称上部，安装于皮带称称体处的输送机上方位置，本装置在对电子皮带称校验时,可自动平稳地将链码落放在皮带称体上，完成对电子皮带称准确度的校验。

本装置收放链码有两种形式可选：卷扬式或卧式。

卷扬式为电机减速机带动卷盘卷筒，由电控装置实现对链码的自动收放；

卧式是链码放在箱体中的形式，平时不用时存放在箱体中，使用时由电控装置操作，将链码自动放至秤体上方的皮带上。常用于输送上方空间较小的场合。
