Chroma 19501-K局部放电测试器产品设计符 合IEC60270-1法规,针对高电压试验技术中对局部放电测试要求,采用窄频滤波器 (Narrow- band) 量测技术进行PD放电量测量,并将量测 结果以直观数值 (pC) 显示在荧幕上让使用者清 楚明了待测物测试判定结果。
产品设计上,除了符合IEC60270-1,同时也符合光耦合器IEC60747-5-5与VDE0884法规要求,内建IEC60747-5-5法规之测试方法于仪器内部,满足光耦合器产品生产测试需求,并提供使 用者便利的操作界面。
于生产线上执行高压测试时,如果待测物未能正 确及良好连接测试线,将导致测试结果失败甚至发生漏测的风险,因此在测试前确保待测物与测试线良好连接是非常重要的。Chroma独特之高压接触检查功能 (High Voltage Contact Check : HVCC) 系利用Kelvin测试方法针对高绝缘能力之 元件,于高压输出时同步进行接触检查,增加测 试有效性与生产效率。
在固体绝缘物中含有气隙或杂质混合在绝缘层时,额定工作高压状态下,由于较高的电场强度集中于气隙而产生局部放电 (Partial Discharge), 持续性的局部放电会长久劣化周遭绝缘材,而影 响电气产品之长久信赖性,而引起安全事故。
应用于电源系统之安规元件,如光耦合器,因考 量如果元件长时间发生局部放电对于绝缘材料的破坏,而发生绝缘失效的情况,进而引发使用者人身安全问题;因此,在IEC60747-5-5法规中提 及,于生产过程中 (Routine test) 必须99%执行 局部放电 (Partial discharge) 检测,在绝缘 电压条件下不能超过5pC放电量,确保产品在正 常工作环境中不会发生局部放电现象。
局部放电测试器主要针对高压光耦合器、高压继电器及高压开关等高绝缘耐受力之元件,提供高压的耐压测试与局部放电侦测,确保产品质量与提升产品可靠度。
