| ZHX呼吸阀 ZHX Breather Valve ZHX呼吸阀阀体采用不锈钢、优质铝合金或铸铁制造，重量轻、耐腐蚀性能好。阀板、阀座间的密封面用工程塑料或铝制作。阀闭合时，密封性能良好，达ANSI B16.104VI级标准。阀板、阀座、阻火层采用不锈钢制造，阻火性能好。整体结构按自力式原理设计，防爆性能。 The body of ZHX breather valve is made of stainless steel,aluminum alloy or cast iron,characterized as light weight and strong corrosion resistance ability, the sealed face between the valve plate and valve seat of the ZHX breather valve is made of engineering plastic or aluminum,characterized as good seal performance reaching the ANSI B16.104 VI standards.The fire resistant layer of the valve plate and valve seat is made of stainless steel with the good performance of fire resistance.The structure of ZHX breather valve is designed according to the self-reliance principle with the super performance of explosion-proof. 产品功能用途（The produce function） 石油制品或其他化学溶剂如汽油、煤油、柴油、原油、苯、甲苯、乙醇或液氮、液氧等介质，在生产过程或贮运过程中，常在贮罐内成品液上方覆盖一层氮气作保护气体，本产品与本厂氮封装置或指挥器操作型自力式压力调节阀配套使用（详见产品使用说明书），以防成品液或在制品接触空气而变质。但某些场合也可单独使用。 向贮罐注入液体或贮罐向外输送液体时，或由于环境温度改变等等原因都得影响贮罐内气相覆盖层，压力波动。安装配置了该呼吸阀后，能迅速排除由上述原因引起的压力波动，维持贮罐压力恒定。 In the transportation of petroleum products or other chemical solvents,such as gasoline,kerosene,diesel fuel,crude oil,benzene,toluene,ethanol or liquid nitrogen,liquid oxygen and other media,the nitrogen always is covered on the top of the tank for the protection.the breather valve can be together used with the nitrogen sealed unit or the commａnd device operation type self-operated pressure regulator(see the product specifications)for the prevention of metamorphic contacting air,ａnd the above mentioned products can be applied separately.
