Detection principle:
High temperature high shear viscosity meter (SH/T0703, ASTM D5481 standard design and production, is used to measure the oil under the condition of high temperature and high shear viscosity values.At 150 ℃ under the condition of constant temperature, the injection tube sample injection by connecting tube of the pump to achieve sampling and scalar, and 0.5 3.5 MPa in inert gas under pressure through the 0.15 mm diameter of capillary, to simulate the practical application of high temperature and high shear.Experiments for the automatic recording time and stable air pressure, and automatically calculate the high temperature high shear viscosity of the sample under test values.
