一、概述
沥青针入度试验器是根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T4509《石油沥青针入度测定法》、GB/T269《润滑脂和石油脂锥入度测定法》及中华人民共和国交通行业标准JTJ052-2000《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》—T0604《沥青针入度试验》中的技术要求和有关规定设计制造的。
二、主要机能
1、主机,配套时间控制器,用时间控制器控制电磁铁的吸合释放,使推杆下落锁紧.
2、时间控制器采用数字显示,控制范围0 ～ 60控制时间精度为±0.1秒.
3、采用液晶数字清零的百分毫米标尺式深度测量机构,使用方便、快速.
4、可测锥入度值不少于780单位,能适应各项试验要求.
5、支架移动分别有快速和微动两种速度,便于测试操作时的尖针对准试样表面,快速移动手轮在仪器左面,微动手轮在仪器的右面.
6、支架有随时自锁功能,任何位置都能自动稳固停住.
7、具有台面水平调节机构,调节方便.
8、附有手动释放锥入件的机构,可确保在使用时,自行控制.
9、控温范围常温-60℃。

I. Overview
Asphalt penetration tester is based on the Peoples Republic of China National Standard GB / T4509 "Petroleum Asphalt Penetration Test Method", GB / T269 "Grease and Petroleum Grease Penetration Test Method" and the Peoples Republic of China Transportation Industry Standard JTJ052- 2000 "Technical Specification for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures of Highway Engineering"-T0604 "Asphalt Penetration Test" technical requirements and relevant regulations are designed and manufactured.
2. Main functions
1.The host machine is equipped with a time controller.The time controller is used to control the suction and release of the electromagnet to make the push rod fall and lock tightly.
2. The time controller uses digital display, the control range is 0 ~ 60, and the control time accuracy is ± 0.1 seconds.
3.Using the LCD digital zero-clearing millimeter scale depth measurement mechanism, it is convenient and fast to use.
4.The maximum measurable cone penetration value is not less than 780 units, which can adapt to various test requirements.
5.The bracket movement has two speeds of fast and fine movement, which is convenient for the pointed surface of the sample during the test operation.The fast-moving handwheel is on the left side of the instrument, and the fine-motion handwheel is on the right side of the instrument.
6.The bracket has a self-locking function at any time, and it can be automatically and firmly stopped at any position.
