5.1 满足GB/T 1408-2006 绝缘材料电气强度试验方法;

击穿电压是使电介质击穿的电压,电介质在足够强的电场作用下将失去其介电性能成为导体,称为电介质击穿,所对应的电压称为击穿电压。电介质击穿时的电场强度叫击穿场强。

 

在强电场作用下,固体电介质丧失电绝缘能力而由绝缘状态突变为良导电状态。导致击穿的 低临界电压称为击穿电压,在均匀电场中,击穿电压与固体电介质厚度之比称为击穿电场强度,它反映固体电介质自身的耐电强度。

 

不均匀电场中,击穿电压与击穿处固体电介质厚度之比称为平均击穿场强,它低于均匀电场中固体电介质的介电强度。不同电介质在相同温度下,其击穿场强不同。当电容器介质和两极板的距离d一定后,由U1-U2=Ed知,击穿场强决定了击穿电压。

 


击穿电压也是评定绝缘油电气性能的一项指标,可用来判断绝缘油含水和其他悬浮物污染的程度,以及对注入设备前油品干燥和过滤程度的检验。对清净干燥的油施加一个逐渐升高的电压时,在电压的负  会发射击电子。当电子具有足够能量时,可以使油分子微化离解。

 

于是整个离解过程随电压升高而加强,当达到某一个电压后,会产生大量传导电流而形成电弧,这种现象被称为击穿。若油中有水或固体物存在时,则会使击穿电压变小,这是由于水和固体物的导电性均比油大之缘故。运行中油的击穿电压低是变压器工作危险的信号。

The breakdown voltage is the voltage that causes a dielectric to break through. When a dielectric loses its dielectric properties and becomes a conductor under a strong enough electric field, it is called dielectric breakdown, and the corresponding voltage is called breakdown voltage. Under the action of a strong electric field, solid dielectrics lose their electrical insulation ability and transition from an insulating state to a well conductive state. The minimum critical voltage that causes breakdown is called the breakdown voltage. In a uniform electric field, the ratio of the breakdown voltage to the thickness of the solid dielectric is called the breakdown electric field strength, which reflects the dielectric strength of the solid dielectric itself.

 

In an uneven electric field, the ratio of breakdown voltage to the thickness of the solid dielectric at the breakdown point is called the average breakdown field strength, which is lower than the dielectric strength of the solid dielectric in a uniform electric field. Different dielectrics have different breakdown field strengths at the same temperature. When the distance d between the dielectric of the capacitor and the two plates is constant, the breakdown voltage is determined by the breakdown field strength determined by U1-U2=Ed.

 

The breakdown voltage is also an indicator for evaluating the electrical performance of insulating oil, which can be used to determine the degree of water content and other suspended matter pollution in the insulating oil, as well as to inspect the degree of drying and filtration of the oil before injection into the equipment. When a gradually increasing voltage is applied to clean and dry oil, electrons will be emitted at the negative end of the voltage. When electrons have sufficient energy, they can cause oil molecules to undergo micro ionization and dissociation.

 

So the entire dissociation process strengthens with the increase of voltage. When a certain voltage is reached, a large amount of conductive current is generated, forming an arc, which is called breakdown. If there is water or solid in the oil, it will reduce the breakdown voltage because the conductivity of water and solid is higher than that of oil. The low breakdown voltage of oil during operation is a signal of the danger of transformer operation.

电极和试样

金属电极应始终保持光滑、清洁和无缺陷。

1:当对薄试样进行试验时,电极的维护格外重要。为了在击穿时尽量减小电极损伤,优先采用不锈钢电极。

接到电极上的导线即不应使得电极倾斜或其他移动或使得试样上压力变化,也不应使得试样周围的电场分布受到显著影响。

电气击穿electric breakdown

试样承受电应力作用时,其绝缘性能严重损失,由此引起的试验回路电流促使相应的回路断路器动作。

注:击穿通常是由试样和电极周围的气体或液体媒质中的局部放电引起,并使得较小电极(或等径两电极)边缘的试样遭到破坏。

Electrodes and specimens

Metal electrodes should always be smooth, clean, and defect free.

Note 1: When testing thin specimens, electrode maintenance is particularly important. In order to minimize electrode damage during breakdown, stainless steel electrodes are preferred.

The wire connected to the electrode should not tilt or move the electrode or cause pressure changes on the sample, nor should it significantly affect the distribution of the electric field around the sample.

Note 2: Test very thin films (e.g.:< μ When the thickness is m, the product standards for these materials should specify the electrodes used, the specific procedures for operation, and the preparation method for the samples.

Electrical breakdown

When the sample is subjected to electrical stress, its insulation performance is severely damaged, and the resulting test circuit current drives the corresponding circuit breaker to operate.

Note: Breakthrough is usually caused by partial discharge in the gas or liquid medium around the sample and electrode, causing damage to the sample at the edge of the smaller electrode (or equal diameter two electrodes).
