本产品是我公司引进技术,自主开发的SCB13系列树脂绝缘干式变压器,树脂混合材料采用的搅拌方法和真空薄膜脱气两种技术,使混合料搅拌 均匀并除混合料内的气泡。产品仅有极低的局部放电量,可控制在5PC以下。高、低压线圈均在真空和压力下浇注,使树脂绝缘既具有全包封性,又具有层匝间浸渍 性。浇注体具有致密的固化结构,阻然、防爆、不污染环境。通过RS485串行接口与计算机相连,可以集中监视和控制。由于我公司干式变压器具有以上特点,因此广 泛应用于输变电系统,如宾馆饭店、机场、高层建筑、商业中心、住宅小区等重要场所,以及地铁、冶金、电厂、轮船、海洋钻井平台等环境恶劣场所。
This product is a SCB13 series resin insulated dry-type transformer independently developed by our company with advanced foreign technology. The resin mixing material adopts advanced foreign stirring method and vacuum film degassing technology to make the mixture stir evenly and exclude the mixture, bubble. The product has only a very low partial discharge and can be controlled below 5PC. Both the high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and interlaminar impregnation. The cast body has a dense solidified structure, which is resistant, explosion-proof and does not pollute the environment. It can be centrally monitored and controlled by connecting to a computer via the RS485 serial interface. Because our dry-type transformer has the above characteristics, it is widely used in power transmission and transformation systems, such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential quarters and other important places, as well as subways, metallurgy, power plants, ships, offshore drilling platforms, etc. Harsh environment.

◊ 低局放:树脂混合材料采用国夕卜*的搅拌方法和真空薄膜脱气两种技术,使混合料搅拌均匀并排除混合料内的气泡。产品仅有极低的局部放电量,可控制在5PC以下。高、低压线圈均在真空和压力下浇注,使树脂绝缘既具有全包封性,又具有层匝间浸清性。浇注体具有致密的固化结构,阻然、防爆、不污染环境。
◊ 缠绕线圈的玻璃纤维等绝缘材料具有自熄特性,不会因短路产生电弧,高热下树脂不会产生有毒有害气体。
◊ 高机械强度:带填料的树脂使浇注体内的膨胀系数差异小,固化收缩率小,内应力小,固化物的硬度高,在高、低压线圈的内外表面环氧树脂包封层内,放置有预制成 型的加强材料,具有尤如钢筋混凝土一样的致密结构,因而机械强度大于纯环氧树脂,能承受突发短路电动力作用而无损伤。

The product has only a very low partial discharge and can be controlled below 5PC. Both the high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and interlayer leaching. The cast body has a dense solidified structure, which is resistant, explosion-proof and does not pollute the environment.
◊ The insulating material such as glass fiber wound around the coil has self-extinguishing characteristics, and does not generate an arc due to a short circuit, and the resin does not generate toxic and harmful gas under high heat.
◊ High mechanical strength: The resin with filler makes the difference of expansion coefficient in the casting body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the cured product is high. It is placed in the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils. The pre-formed reinforcing material has a dense structure like reinforced concrete, so the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand sudden short-circuit electric power without damage.
