工作原理：
油烟净化设备采用静电式除尘原理，油烟净化率高，能耗低，设备系统风阻小。将生产线在生产中排出的高温废气经烟罩收集通过烟道进入预过滤箱，去除大部分毛絮、大颗污染物、和大颗粒油滴，然后经过均流板进入预处理装置对工业废气进行调质处理，利用热交换器进行降温调质，使之油雾颗粒子降温到一个适当的数值，使这些气态污染物凝结成微小液滴，从而降低废气的浓度，使废气均匀进入静电主体便于进入后级电场中被电子捕捉，达到很好的净化效果，并且使静电主体运行更加稳定，废气通过油烟净化设备进行净化处理回收，处理后的烟气变成干净的气体达标排放。
适用范围：
适合于净化车间废气量浓度较大的行业使用。
