■产品特点
CMZL贴片线性PTC热敏电阻产品采用PTC材料,物理工艺制成,具有*的稳定性、复线性,重复百万次,特性曲线不变。阻值随温度升高而增大,呈直线变化,线性好,与PTC高分子陶瓷合成的热敏电阻相比,线性好,无需采取线性补偿措施使电路设计简化。并且阻值一致性好,互换性强,外形、规格保准化。温度感应速度快,空气介质中为1-2秒,灵敏度高。体积小、结构坚固、外形标准化,适宜印刷线路板的自动化安装。
■ 应用范围
CMZL贴片线性PTC热敏电阻广泛用于通讯、汽车、仪表、计算机、家电等行业的温度控制、温度测量,温度补偿。普遍的PTC正温度热敏电阻的阻温特性是突变性的,线性区域很窄,通常用于电路的过流保护,不用于温度检测,温度补偿电路。本产品正好补充了这方面的应用领域。
