进口化工泵是卧式、单级、单吸离心泵、产品符 合DIN24256、IS02858标准准、是标准化工泵的基 本产品》The imported chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pumps. The products conform to the standards of DIN24256 and IS02858, and are the basic products of standard chemical pumps.
适合输送低温或高温、中性或有腐蚀性、淸洁或含有固体 颗料、有毒及易燃易爆的介质。主要用于石油、化工、合成纤维、化
肥、电站发电厂、冶金、造纸厂、制糖厂、食品及医药等工业部门输送清洁或含有颗粒的液体、低温或高温的液体、中性或有腐蚀
性的液体，输送介质温度一般为-45度~180度。系列化工泵的性能范围包括系列化工泵所有性能，其效率、汽蚀性能等指标。
进口化工泵结构特点:Structure characteristics of imported chemical pump:
泵体：采用底脚支承结构；
叶轮：闭式、半开式、全开式叶轮，CZ系列泵轴向力主要由背叶片或平衡孔来平衡，残余轴向力由轴承承受
泵盖：与密封压盖构成密封腔体，标准腔体尺寸可配备各种密封型式
轴封：根据工况不同，可采用填料密封、单端面机械密封、 双端面机械密封、串联机械密封等形式
轴承：润滑方式为稀油润滑，由恒位油杯控制油位，充分保证轴承在良好润滑状态下工作
轴：用轴套保护，防止介质直接与轴接触发生腐蚀，提高轴的使用寿命
后拖式设计：可以不动泵进出管路，即可维修、使用方便
