IMMUNOCATCHTM军团菌（Legionella）是一种侧流免疫层析法，可通过快速可靠地检测尿样中的抗原，对嗜肺军团菌血清型1感染进行早期诊断。
原理
本产品是一种试剂盒，设计用于免疫层析法检测尿样中嗜肺军团菌血清型1 LPS抗原。
当样品通过毛细作用迁移通过结合垫时，样品中的军团菌抗原与缀合至胶体颗粒的抗军团菌抗体结合形成抗原 - 抗体复合物。抗原 - 抗体复合物在试纸条上迁移，与固定在膜上的抗军团菌抗体特异性结合而产生红线。然后通过肉眼观察红线的存在来确定军团菌抗原的存在。

【检测方法】
