【埃博拉简介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又译作伊波拉病毒。是一种十分罕见的病毒，1976年在苏丹南部和刚果（金）（旧称扎伊尔）的埃博拉河地区发现它的存在后，引起医学界的广泛关注和重视，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一个用来称呼一群属于纤维病毒科埃博拉病毒属下数种病毒的通用术语。是一种能引起人类和灵长类动物产生埃博拉出血热的烈性传染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之间，致死原因主要为中风、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多发性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血热（EBHF）是由一种丝状病毒感染导致的急性出血性、动物源性传染病。1976年，埃博拉出血热在非洲的苏丹和扎伊尔暴发，病死率高达50% ～ 90% 。因该病始发于扎伊尔北部的埃博拉河流，并在该区域严重流行，故命名为埃博拉病毒，其形态学、致病性等与马尔堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所区别。

该产品是世界卫生组织（WHO）*个批准用于埃博拉病毒检测的诊断试剂卡。不需要借助其他实验仪器设备，只需要采取几滴血清、血浆、血液样品，既可以检测，并在15分钟内就可以得知结果是否感染埃博拉病毒。该产品具有灵敏度高、操作方便、实验时间短等特点。

“埃博拉”病毒的形状宛如中国古代的“如意”，利用电子显微镜对埃博拉病毒属成员的研究显示，其呈现一般纤维病毒的线形结构。病毒粒子也可能出现“U”字、“6”字形、缠绕、环状或分枝形，不过实验室纯化技术也可能是造成这些形状产生的因素之一，例如离心机的高速运转可能使病毒粒子变形。病毒粒子一般直径约80纳米，但长度可达1400纳米，典型的埃博拉病毒粒子平均长度则接近1000纳米。在病毒粒子中心结构的核壳蛋白由螺旋状缠绕之基因体RNA与核壳蛋白质以及蛋白质病毒蛋白VP35、VP30、L组成，病毒包含的糖蛋白从表面深入病毒粒子10纳米长，另外10纳米则向外突出在套膜表面，而这层套膜来自宿主的细胞膜，在套膜与核壳蛋白之间的区域，称为基质空间，由病毒蛋白VP40和VP24组成。

EBOV在常温下较稳定，对热有中等度抵抗力，56℃不能*灭活，60℃30min方能破坏其感染性；紫外线照射2min可使之*灭活。对化学药品敏感，埃博拉病毒、去氧胆酸钠、β-丙内酯、福尔马林、次氯酸钠等消毒剂可以*灭活病毒感染性；钴60照射、γ射线也可使之灭活。EBOV在血液样本或病尸中可存活数周；4℃条件下存放5周其感染性保持不变，8周滴度降至一半。-70℃条件可长期保存。
EBOV的自然宿主虽尚未zui后确定，但已有多方证据表明侯子及猩猩等野生非人灵长类动物以及其他动物有EBOV感染现象。证据1：1976年、1996年、2002年的流行，源于人类接触野外死亡的猩猩；证据2：菲律宾出口的侯子多次查出EBOV，但没有发现发病；证据3：2003年8月刚果（布）卫生健康部的调查表明，野外黑猩猩、野猪体内可查到EBOV。埃博拉
