焊接机器人三轴焊接变位机说明：

A）焊接机器人三轴伺服变位机焊包括：伺服电机水平方向驱动变位，两个竖直方向伺服电机驱动变位；

B）水平伺服电机驱动变位机旋转盘对角长度2米-2.8米（选配），总负载能力900KG；

C）竖直方向变位机负载能力400KG；

D）该型三轴焊接变位机可与各型焊接机器人对接，自带控制系统；

E）竖直方向变位机开间：1.5-2.4mm；

F）该变位机型号适合焊接学校课座椅，每次循环环节可完成一套课桌椅，代替四个焊工的工作量。

G）上述工装为气动夹紧治具或手动治具（选项），用户根据实际需要及资金情况进行选择。

Description of welding robot three axis welding positioner:

A) Three axis servo positioner of welding robot includes: servo motor drives displacement in horizontal direction and servo motor drives displacement in two vertical directions;

B) Horizontal servo motor drives the rotary disc of positioner with diagonal length of 2m-2.5m (optional) and load capacity of 800kg;

C) The load capacity of vertical positioner is 400kg;

D) The modified three-axis welding positioner can be connected with various types of welding robots and has its own control system;

E) The positioner model is suitable for welding school seats. Each cycle can complete a set of desks and chairs to replace the workload of four welders.

F) The above tooling is pneumatic clamping fixture or manual fixture (option), and users can choose according to their actual needs and capital situation.
