检测Anti-HRH4/GPCR105抗体,组织胺H4受体抗体产品说明：Histamine is a ubiquitous messenger molecule released from mast cells, enterochromaffin-like cells, and neurons. Its various actions are mediated by histamine receptors H1, H2, H3 and H4. Histamine receptor H4 belongs to the family 1 of G protein-coupled receptors and has the highest homology to histamine receptor H3 among known G protein-coupled receptors.The Histamine H4 receptor has been reported in human blood peripheral leukocytes, bone marrow, colon, liver, lung, smalll intestine, spleen, testis, thymus, tonsil, and trachea.
保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
连续使用时4°C存储，保质期六个月补体C1qα链多肽抗体*存储时建议分装为10ul以上小包装-20°C存储，并避免反复冻融，保质期一年。
