This family has several receptor subtypes with different pharmacological selectivity, which overlaps in some cases, for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This receptor functions as a receptor for extracellular ATP and ADP. In plaets binding to ADP leads to mobilization of intracellular calcium ions via activation of phospholipase C, a change in plaet shape, and probably to plaet aggregation.
保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
连续使用时4°C存储，保质期六个月补体C1qα链多肽抗体*存储时建议分装为10ul以上小包装-20°C存储，并避免反复冻融，保质期一年。
