由于药用干法制粒机使用的特殊性，如需要经常拆卸清洗，设备的zui大产量有个极限；
由于每种物料的特性如流动性、吸湿性、密度的不同，即使用同一台设备各参数设置一样的情况下，其产量也各不相同，因此干法制粒机产量是一个范围，而不是一个固定值；
在相同条件下，流动性好、密度大的物料产量高，流动性差、密度小的物料产量低；
产量为设备吞吐量，不是成品颗粒产量。
