All rats were allowed to recover, and they were given a 20% intralipid fluid solution (Wuxi, China) orally after an overnight fast [9]. After 1 h, blood samples were collected. Total cholesterol and triglyceride (TG) levels were measured with the Cardio Check PA using the Lipid Panel test strip (ANY LAB TEST NOW, Indianapolis, IN, USA). The levels of HDL and LDL were detected by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent kit (Hengyuan Co. LTD, Shanghai, China).
