欧米茄M12MJSS-1/8-U-9热电偶提供了一种快速方便的测量过程中温度的方法。它们可以按原样使用，使用欧米茄的压缩配件系列之一安装在您的过程中，或者通过使用我们的弹簧加载配件在热套管中使用。
M12系列热电偶探头可用于带有Inconel 600护套的K型热电偶或带有304不锈钢护套的J型热电偶。标准探头尺寸包括长度为6“，9"，12“，18"和24“的1/4"和1/8“直径，公制尺寸为3mm和6mm直径，长度为250,500,750,1000和1500mm，这些热电偶传感器也可根据需要以其他长度的要求。
这些传感器上的连接器使用IEC标准颜色代码在公制尺寸和ANSI标准颜色代码上分数尺寸进行包覆成型。连接器引脚排列如附图所示。
要将此传感器连接到您的测量或控制仪器，我们建议您使用Omega的M12扩展电缆之一（在下表中列出）。除了这些延长电缆之外，欧米茄还提供一系列特殊组合的延长电缆，其中包括可选的不锈钢编织层或软管，用于改进机械保护以及各种仪器连接。
产品规格：
J型热电偶具有304 SST护套，温度范围为-40至600°C，连接器以黑色尼龙包覆成型。
K型热电偶具有Inconel 600护套，温度范围为-40至1150°C，连接器包覆成型为黄色尼龙，分数尺寸，绿色尼龙用于公制尺寸。
注意：模制连接器的*高温度为90°C
热电偶输出符合IEC 584-2第2类。
分数尺寸为6,9,12,18和24英寸长度的1/4和1/8英寸直径。
公制尺寸为长度为250,500,700,1000和1500mm的6mm和3mm直径。
对于不接地传感器，绝缘电阻在100 VDC时*小为100兆欧。
*小弯曲半径是传感器外径的三倍。
将M12热电偶探头连接到库存控制器，数据记录仪，手持式温度计，PLC或其他测量和控制产品之间的欧米茄品种之一，以完成您的测量或控制系统。
