高压CT变比测试仪是针对高压计量用户的一种新型用电稽查设备。它可在现场，不断电、不拆线的情况下对35KV及以下的高压计量装置用电流互感器的变比和极性、相间一致性进行测试，从而有效的防止高压计量用户采取更换高低压电流互感器或电流互感器铭牌以及改变二次接线极性、相别达到少计费的窃电行为。 安装在高压绝缘杆端部的高压钳形表所采集的电流信号，将采用无线传输的方式发送到手持式终端，终端则直接采集高压电流互感器二次电流。手持式终端将根据高压钳型表两侧信号，实时计算电流互感器一次、二次电流幅值、夹角及变比。伸缩式高压绝缘操作杆伸长可达4米，确保操作过程的人身安全。
