该仪器,能同时测量单相或三相电力变压器的交流电压有效值，电压平均值、有效值、有功功率、功率因素和频率等电量参数，测量精度为0.1级，智能化、专业化设计、适用于电力变压器空载、负载、感应等试验的测试，是传统指针式仪表的理想换代设备。

1、单机可以完成1000KVA以下的配电变压器全电流下的负载试验；在三分之一额定电流下可完成2500KVA以下的配电变压器的负载试验。
2、240*120超大蓝屏液晶显示器，中文操作菜单，高速打印机打印结果和历史记录。
3、可以由用户预设20组参数，而且可以根据需要随时删除和增加，使用更方便。
4、以高性能的处理器作为控制和运算的核心，采样速度快，数据的稳定性好。
5、参数和试验结果存储的数据采用严格的检查机制，保证了参数的正确性和可靠性。
6、可外接电压互感器和电流互感器拓宽仪器测量范围。
7、为提高测量精度，特设定二个测量档位，在进行低功率因数的测试中，精度更高。
