RT01溶媒脱气仪

采用膜过滤技术对溶媒进行脱气，可实现溶媒的在线脱气，效率高、效果好、使用简便、维护方便。全系采用单级脱气，其过滤孔径可达0.01μm~ 0.2μm，单级脱除率可达85%，双级脱除率可达95%。全系采用无刷电机真空泵，体积小、噪音低、真空度可达-98KPa，接近肯定真空，并配有高精度、数字式传感器，实时监测真空泵并具有漏气提示功能。

　　全系配有遥控器，可以实现温度和流量的远程遥控操作。

　　全系采用两段式石英管电热膜加热器，配有流量传感器和过热保护开关，整机功率2000W，可以使用普通10A插座，~可靠。

　　脱气完成后，只需用2L纯水冲洗，即可将溶媒冲净，无残留。

Using membrane filtration technology to degas solvent can realize online degassing of solvent, with high efficiency, good effect, simple use and convenient maintenance. The whole system adopts single-stage degassing, and its filtration aperture can reach 0.01關m~ 0.2關m, single-stage removal rate can reach 85%, and double-stage removal rate can reach 95%. The whole system adopts brushless motor vacuum pump with small volume, low noise, vacuum degree up to -98KPa, close to absolute vacuum, high precision and digital sensor, real-time monitoring of vacuum pump and air leakage prompt function. The whole system is equipped with remote controller, which can realize remote control of temperature and flow. The whole system adopts a two-stage quartz tube electrothermal film heater, equipped with a flow sensor and an overheat protection switch, with a power of 2,000 W, and can use a common 10A socket, which is safe and reliable. After degassing is completed, only 2L pure water is needed to wash the solvent, and the solvent can be removed without residue.
