1、采用美国流体*的食品级环氧树脂高温静电喷涂技术对水泵过流部分进行涂装，过流面耐磨，不绣蚀，不结垢，对水质没有任何影响。 2、水泵驱动方式，采用电机插入泵轴内孔直接驱动，泵轴与电机较高的同心度，优异的叶轮动静平衡性，保证泵的平稳运行。 3、结构新颖*，泵头独立组装，叶轮和泵轴的重力由泵头的轴承支撑；与传统水水泵比较，减少电机轴承的负载，加长电机轴承的寿命。 4、泵大优点：可以先安装泵头，再装电机；和泵头可以分别购买，更大程度降低用户采购成本；甚至在多年后需要更换较多部件时，直接买新泵头来自行更换旧泵头，更经济实惠。 5、密封----超长使用寿命的机械密封，密封品牌可配置法兰，人本等品牌机械密封。

Working conditions of imported centrifugal pipeline pumps:
1、吸入压力≤1．6MPa，或泵系统工作压力 ≤1．6MPa，即泵吸入口压力+泵扬程≤1．6MPa、泵静压试验压力为2．5MPa，订货时请注明系统工作压力。泵系统工作压力大于1．6MPa时应 在订货时另行提出，以便在制造时泵的过流部分和联接部分采用铸钢材料。
2、环境温度<40℃，相对湿度<95％。
3、所输送介质中固体颗粒体积含量不超过单位体积的0．1％，粒度<0．2mm。
