技术说明：BEHLKE固态开关具有*的上升和下降时间。如果您的应用不需要完整的开关速度，我们建议您使用速度限制选项S-TT（上升和下降时间减慢约50％）与输入低通滤波器选项LP结合使用。这些选项有助于小化快速高压脉冲电路典型的高频困难（例如自振荡或自重启动）并简化EMC设计。

产品代码：型号包含有关电压，电流和开启行为的编码信息。个数字代表以kV为单位的电压，短划线前的后一个数字表示开启行为（0 =固定导通时间，1 =可变导通时间）。短划线后面的数字表示以安培x10为单位的电流。特殊功能在第二个破折号后由字母编码。示例HTS 11-07-AC-C：HTS = HV晶体管开关，1 = 1 kV，1 =可变导通时间，07 = 70安培，AC =交流电，C =紧凑型系列
