设计特点
▶利用压缩空气与液体的撞击，产生非常均匀和细密的雾化效果，正常情况下平均的雾化颗粒直径到80微米以下。
▶喷嘴整体由连接本体和喷雾装置组合而成，而喷雾装置由空气帽和液体帽组合而成。
▶喷雾形状采用多孔实心锥型。
▶连接喷嘴本体的称为雾化枪杆，一般根据工况采用316L材质。
▶喷嘴连接雾化枪杆有两个独立的液体入口和空气入口。
▶单支喷枪的流量大可达18L/Min，根据烟道的烟气量以及所降低温度计算出喷枪数量以及安装方式。通常情况下采取逆流喷出，根据不同的工况也可顺流喷射。
降温喷枪一般应用工况
1、事故喷淋降温
脱硫塔吸收塔前段需布置冷却装置，防止发生事故因温度过高对脱硫吸收塔管道产生损坏，一般需要安装冷却装置，以前大多采用的工艺是安装单流体实心喷嘴，但是实心锥喷嘴颗粒直径大，烟道底部容易出现积水，湿壁等不能*雾化问题，现在大多采用二流体雾化喷枪。
2、除尘器前降温
空预器到除尘器需要安装降温装置，温度过高会损坏除尘器内部结构、除尘器损坏等，用喷嘴颗粒直径大，降温效果不理想，底部积水，如采用袋式除尘，水不能*雾化，影响除尘器的寿命，温度高，损坏除尘器，所以也需要安装颗粒直径只有几十微米的雾化喷枪，其有安装维护方便的一系列优点。
