产品描述：
首级叶轮在泵的下端。且为吸入式叶轮，可以满足装置对气蚀性能的苛刻要求。泵上设有平衡鼓装置平衡轴向力，残余轴向力由一对角接触球轴承进行平衡。轴承箱中的角接触球轴承依靠润滑油进行润滑，带有独立的内循环自动润滑系统，提高轴承的使用寿命。
结构特点
1. 泵体与支撑管
◆ 多级液下泵结构，泵体安装在介质池液体中，泵体的安装深度由装置汽蚀余量与泵的必须汽蚀余量决定，可保证泵在的环境下不发生汽蚀。
◆ 支撑管的结构适应泵输送的介质要求。二根支撑管之间，安装有中间导轴承，导轴承之间的跨度满足API610标准要求，保证大允许连续转速低于*临界转速，刚性轴设计，从而大限度地保证泵运转平稳、振动小。
2. 叶轮与导叶
◆ 首级叶轮一般是吸入式叶轮，可提高泵汽蚀性能。
◆ 每种规格有相应的几组叶轮和导叶，适于在不同的运行要求，性能稳定，效率高，NPSHr值低。
3. 轴承体及润滑
◆ 采用配对角接触球轴承承受残余的轴向力和转子重量。
◆ 轴承箱体的大储油室内带有独立的内循环自动润滑系统，既能有效地润滑轴承，又能使轴承油温均匀，保证轴承长寿命运转。
◆ 输送介质温度较高时，可采用冷却装置降低油室温度。
◆ 油室大容量设计，储油量大。
◆ 恒位油杯在线补偿润滑油，油位计实时检测油位。
◆ 轴承部件可整体拆装，便于维修。
4. 平衡装置
◆ 采用平衡鼓装置平衡轴向力
◆ 通过管道和平衡鼓后端相联，可降低机械密封腔的压力。
