苏州凌仕兰工业设备有限公司生产的大型热油机广泛应用于各种硫化橡胶设备,现已逐步替代原始的用蒸汽锅炉加热控温,本公司生产的大型热油机适用于各种橡胶硫化机,其特点为加温范围广（温度可达350度）,加热功率大可配置300KW）,系统压力小（不高于0.5Mpa）安全性能高,流体流量大等蒸汽所没有的优点,是现今代替蒸汽锅炉的较理想加热设备.

详细介绍

油加热设备由水箱、加热冷却系统、动力传输系统、液位控制系统以及温度传感器、注入口等器件组成。通常情况下，动力传输系统中的泵使热流体从装有内置加热器和冷却器的水箱中到达模具，再从模具回到水箱；温度传感器测量热流体的温度并把数据传送到控制部分的控制器；控制器调节热流体的温度，从而间接调节模具的温度。如果模温机在生产中，模具的温度超过控制器的设定值，控制器就会打开电磁阀接通进水管，直到热流液的温度，即模具的温度回到设定值。如果模具温度低于设定值，控制器就会打开加热器。普通水加热系列功率为6KW-30KW温度在30℃－120℃；普通油加热系列功率为6KW-72KW温度在30℃－200℃；高温水加热系列功率6KW-120KW温度在120℃－180℃；高温油加热系列功率18KW-120KW温度在250℃－350℃。The mould temperature machine is composed of water tank, heating and cooling system, power transmission system, liquid level control system, temperature sensor, injection port and other devices. If the temperature of the mould exceeds the set value of the controller during the production of the mould temperature machine, the controller will open the solenoid valve to connect the water inlet pipe until the temperature of the hot fluid, that is, the temperature of the mould returns to the set value. If the mold temperature is lower than the set value, the controller will turn on the heater. The power of ordinary water heating series is 6kw-30kw, and the temperature is 30 ℃ - 120 ℃. The power of common oil heating series is 6kw-72kw, and the temperature is 30 ℃ - 200 ℃. High temperature water heating series power 6kw-120kw, temperature 120 ℃ - 180 ℃; High temperature oil heating series power: 18kw-120kw, temperature: 250 ℃ - 350 ℃
