载脂蛋白B（apoB，也称为载脂蛋白B、apoB、apoB-100、apoB100和apoB100）是低密度脂蛋白颗粒（LDL）的主要蛋白质成分，是一种512 kD的水不溶性大分子（apoB-100），主要在肝脏和肠道（apoB-48）中产生。载脂蛋白B被认为是心血管疾病的一个消J因素。ApoB-100通常占人血浆中ApoB的98%，浓度约为0.4-1.3 mg/ml。

对于LDL的细胞内染色，Mabtech 艾美捷建议同时添加固定剂和非离子洗涤剂。
