艾美捷抗人干扰素α单抗MT2背景：

干扰素-alpha（IFN-alpha）是I型干扰素，存在13种亚型：IFN-alpha1，2，4，5，6，7与其他亚型一样，干扰素-alpha2（IFN-alpha2）主要由病毒产生。在感知到病毒DNA或RNA等危险信号的存在后感染细胞。因此IFN-alpha2与其受体的结合引发抗病毒反应，但也显示出抗肿瘤作用。作为个被发现，IFN-alpha2是研究J为广泛的亚型，它已被用作细胞因子治疗与丙型肝炎病毒感染。
