The CX5010 and CX5020 are Embedded PCs from the CX5000 series based on In® Atom™ processors and differ only by the CPU version. The CX5010 has a 1.1 GHz In® Atom™ Z510 processor, while the CX5020 has a 1.6 GHz In® Atom™ Z530 processor. Apart from the clock speed, the two processors also differ by the fact that the Z530 features hyperthreading technology, i.e. it has two virtual CPU cores for more effective execution of software.
Depending on the installed TwinCAT runtime environment, the CX5010/CX5020 can be used for the implementation of PLC or PLC/Motion Control projects (with or without visualisation).
The extended operating temperature range between -25 and +60 °C enables application in climatically demanding situations.

随着 CX 系列嵌入式 PC 的推出,Beckhoff 将 PC 技术和 I/O 级模块化技术相结合,构成一种可以安装于控制柜中的 DIN 导轨单元。该设备系列结合了工业 PC 和硬件 PLC 环境,适用于中等规模的控制任务。可以根据现有任务对模块化控制系统进行配置,并将其安装在控制柜或端子盒中。
CX 系统在价格和性能上涵盖了 Beckhoff的所有控制技术。该产品系列是为那些需要有工业 PC 的特性和计算能力,但由于项目预算有限又不打算购买全套工业 PC 机的客户而设计。配置该系统时,用户只需订购实际所需的组件。例如,CX 能够在“无头”模式中运行,即无显示器和键盘;这种情况下,就无需配置相关的接口。

除了多种型号的 CPU 之外,不同 CX型号的系统接口模块和电源模块也不同。通过相应的 I/O接口,CX1030、CX1020、CX1010、CX9000 和 CX9010 既可连接 Beckhoff 总线端子模块,也可以连接 EtherCAT 端子模块作为 I/O 系统。
组件
CX 系列的系统模块通过标准的 PC/104 总线(16 位)相互连接。每个系统组件都由宽度为 19 毫米(单模)或 38 毫米(双模)的单个模块构成,这些模块可以依次连接。CX1030、CX1020 和CX1010 的基本单元包括 CPU 模块和电源模块。CX9000 和 CX9010 系列则将 CPU 和电源集成于一体。根据 CX 型号的不同,控制器可通过更多的系统接口加以扩展。用于 PROFIBUS、CANopen、DeviceNet、SERCOS interface 和 Lightbus 的现场总线接口扩充了可选模块的种类,其中又分主站和从站接口。
软件
结合 TwinCAT 自动化软件,CX 嵌入式 PC 成为一个功能强大的 IEC61131-3 PLC,它还可以操控运动控制任务。根据所需的周期时间不同,它可以控制多个伺服轴。CX1010、CX1020或 CX1030 甚至还可以实现特殊的功能,比如“飞锯”、“电子齿轮箱”或“电子凸轮”等。CX 因而成为一个用单个硬件实现 PLC、运动控制和可视化任务的控制器。在 Windows CE 平台下,借助于操作系统的实时能力,以高级语言编写的用户任务可以在 TwinCAT 运行的情况下实时得到处理。
应用范围广
由于工业 PC良好的设计和优异的功能,嵌入式 PC 可以得到广泛应用。现有的应用包括机械制造(自动化锯床、自动装配机、切纸机、旋凿控制、包装机、金属板材加工、物流输送设备)、过程工艺(水处理、发电、能耗监测)、楼宇控制(寓所控制、门禁控制)等等。
自动化标准
T采用 Beckhoff 总线端子后,可把控制柜和安装端子的端子盒设计得更加经济。通过采用 4 线制端子系统,各种信号的传感器和执行机构都可以直接连接,而无需其它连接系统。现场设备无需像以往那样在控制柜(或端子盒)与控制器之间作点对点的连接,这样可大大减少控制器的设计成本,节约空间、材料、工程量和资金。
现场设备可以通过 Beckhoff 总线端子系统在产生信号的现场进行连接,因此对 Beckhoff 总线端子的安装和布线就像标准端子排那样简易和紧凑。总线端子与控制器之间通过一个现场总线耦合器连接。
Beckhoff 总线端子已在许多领域得到了测试和验证,从机械制造到楼宇控制。采用 Beckhoff 总线端子,可使设计、基建、布线、调试安装以及对系统和设备的维护和维修变得更加经济。
PC 现场总线接口卡
基于 PCI 的 PC 现场总线接口卡适用于 Lightbus、PROFIBUS、CAN¬open、DeviceNet、SERCOS 接口和以太网系统,该系列总线接口卡进一步完善了 Beckhoff 现场总线组件产品,专为快速控制和实时任务(如驱动器位置控制)而开发,因而得到广泛的应用。为了适应不同的需求,接口卡都配有一个或两个现场总线通道。以太网接口卡 FC9004 总共有 4 个通道。若将这种功能强大的 PC 现场总线接口卡与 TwinCAT 软件 PLC 和 NC 结合起来,其功能优势是显而易见的。这种智能化 PCI 接口卡是在其自身的处理器上高效处理现场总线协议,因此也可用于其它应用场合。通过 DPRAM 接口可将过程映像传送到 PC 上。TwinCAT I/O 软件包可提供用于 Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista 的驱动程序和配置工具。用高级语言编写的程序采用的是 DLL(动态连接库),对 Visual Basic 应用程序则可提供 ActiveX 接口。带有 OPC 接口的应用程序可以通过 OPC 服务器访问过程数据和参数。
所有接口卡都“浓缩”了现场总线的专有技术,具有以下特点:
· 快速数据交换,循环时间短(例如 Lightbus 的循环时间为:< 50 μs)
· 过程数据通讯可任意传输、同步传输、延时传输或等时同步传输
· 功能强大的参数和诊断接口
· 对任何设备均可进行自由组态的总线管理
迷你 PCI 现场总线接口卡
新型迷你 PCI 接口卡适用于 PROFIBUS、CANopen、DeviceNet、SERCOS 接口和以太网总线,延伸了 Beckhoff 的 PC 现场总线接口卡产品范围。与 Beckhoff 标准的 PCI 接口卡一样,这种接口非常适用于快速控制器和实时任务。
新一代的 Beckhoff 工业 PC,包括控制柜 PC C69xx 和面板型PC CP62xx/CP66xx 设计都非常紧凑。每个设备都配有两个以太网端口,它们是用于以太网以及基于 EtherCAT 的控制应用场合的高性能工业 PC 的典型代表。工业 PC 可以随意通过迷你 PCI 接口卡或现场总线技术进行扩展。现场总线接口卡上不带总线接口,而是通过电缆引到设备的外壳上(视设备而定)。
