南澳电气NADXC电力谐波测量仪主要性能及技术指标
电网的电能质量是指供给用户受电端,并供用户使用的电能品质的优劣程度的量度。它涵盖五个方面：供电电压允许偏差、公用电网谐波、三相电压不平衡度、电力系统频率允许偏差、电压允许波动和闪变。

The main performance and technical indicators
