选泵要点
首先应根据油品的粘度选择适当的泵转速，以保证泵的（NPSH）r能满足用户的实际吸入条件。
介质粘度V＞760mm2/s时，请与我厂，我厂帮助用户先泵。
从性能表中选定泵的规格及相应粘度下的压力流量后，可以查到泵的轴功率N，选定配套电机功率Nm时应功率备量。

材料的选择
①输送柴油、重油（燃料油），泵套用锡青铜。
②输送润滑油、液压油，泵套用灰铸铁、球铁、锡青铜。
③输送植物油，或含酸和碱等腐蚀性液体，泵体、螺杆、泵套等零件采用不锈钢或其它耐腐蚀材料。

一、SNH三螺杆泵概述：
三螺杆泵是无脉动轴向输送具有一定润滑性介质的定量容积式低压转子泵，适于输送燃料油、润滑油、液压油、矿物油等油类和具有润滑性的流动性液体。所输送的介质中不得含有任何磨料颗粒和对泵材料有腐蚀的物质。SNH系列三螺杆泵由特殊型线（摆线）构成的螺旋型面，当电机或马达驱动主动螺杆转动时，其不断运动的各个密封腔室逐渐形成真空，液体在大气压的作用下由吸入口吸入并沿轴向连续、无脉动的输送到排出口，无搅拌、乳化现象。
