安装使用： 
本机测速传感器活动支架直接焊在输送机横梁处，使触轮运行方向与胶带平行，接触良好。控制箱安装带式输送机现场附近的墙壁上，并应防止振动。 
1）须定期清除积尘，检验开头工作状态； 
2）气温较低时，应在旋转部位滴些润滑油； 
3）出现故障应我公司或请人员维修。 
性能说明：        
本产品具有二种工作方式 
a． 检测输送带的带速  
b． 检测输送带从动滚筒的转速或旋转设备的转速  检测仪内有四只继电器,做为控制信号输出。k1~k4继电器的工作状态受传感头实测数值同予置数值比较结果的控制,当实测数值大于或等于予置数值时, 继电器为设定的状态(“1”为吸合、 “0”为释放),小于时开始延时（如果设定了转换延时时间）时间到后转换为设定的相反状态。如果设置了起动延时时间,在起动时k2~k4将保持为设定状态, 延时时间到已后进入检测状态。 通常情况下K1做为速度信号输出（联锁起动时用） K2~K4做为打滑的报警输出。
结构特性：
