EBLL-90料流检测开关,料流开关是利用微型马达做驱动装置,传动轴与离合器相连接,当未接触物料时,马达正常运转,当叶片接触物料时,马达停止转动,检测装置输出一接点信号,同时切断电源停止转动。当物料下降时叶片所受阻力消失,检测装置依靠扭力弹簧恢复到原始状态。针对不同比重的物料扭力大小可以调节。

阻旋料位开关的工作原理是利用永磁电机带动叶片旋转,当被检测物料上升至叶片位置时,叶片转动受阻,将该阻力传至接线盒内的检测装置,检测装置则向外输出一个开关信号,并切断电源使叶片停止转动。
当料位下降时,叶片阻力消失,检测装置便依靠弹簧的拉力恢复到原始状态,针对不同的物料比重调整弹簧拉力,比重大时调整弹簧拉力到强或zui强,反之则调整至弱或zui弱。

采用摆动式传动系统。电机底座通过弹簧拉住,当系统没有受阻时,电机转动,带动检测叶片,检测物料。检测板受阻时,使主轴受阻而静止,电机继续运行,使电机底座拉动弹簧,压下微动开关,发出有料信号,同时切断电机电源,电机停止工作。当物位下降时检板阻力消失,系统在弹簧的拉力下复位,微动开关恢复原始状态,使电机转动,同时发出无料信号。
