一、耐漏电起痕试验机简介
    LDQ-2型漏电起痕试验仪又称漏电起痕试验装置,是按IEC60695、GB4207/IEC60112等标准要求设计制造的检测仪器。适用于固体绝缘材料在潮湿条件下相比漏电起痕指数和耐漏电起痕指数的测定,具有简便、准确、可靠、实用等特点。
    本试验方法可测量在电压zui高达600 V时固体电气绝缘材料在电场作用下表面暴露于含杂质的水时的相对耐电痕化性能. 当将电压施加到放在材料表面上规定的电极装置之间,且电解液以规定的时间间隔滴到两电极之间时,在此试验情况下可能产生电痕化。引起材料破坏所必需的液滴数随着施加电压的减小而增加,且在低于某一限值时,不发生电痕化。
当材料在zui高试验电压下也未电痕时,可以有不同程度的腐蚀,且腐蚀深度能测出。某些材料能在试验时燃烧。

二、耐漏电起痕试验机主要技术参数及功能
1、采用矩形铂电极,每个电极对试样作用力为1.0N±0.05N。
2、施加电压在100~600V(48~60HZ)之间可调,短路电流在1.0A±0.1A时电压下降不超过10% 。当试验回路中,短路电流大于0.5A时间维持2秒钟继电器动作,切断电流,指示试品不合格。
3、滴液装置能使滴液高度从30~40mm可调,滴液大小44~55滴/1cm3。滴液时间隔30S±5S可调。
4、外形尺寸:宽1120mm×深520mm×高1250mm;

三、控制面板说明
1.试验电压— 显示试验电压
2.滴液次数— 滴液计数(标准设定50滴)
3.试验电流— 指示电极间通路流过的电流
4.滴液时间—控制滴液时间间隔(标准规定设定30S)
5.电压调节—调节试验电压,调节过程中速度要平缓
6.电流调节—调节试验电流(左小右大)
7.档位选择— 属于波段开关,设定试验电压
8.100V—选择对应波段后该显示灯亮
9.250V—选择对应波段后该显示灯亮
10.400V—选择对应波段后该显示灯亮
11.600V—选择对应波段后该显示灯亮
12.800V—选择对应波段后该显示灯亮(属高压漏电起痕需定制)
13.1000V—选择对应波段后该显示灯亮(属高压漏电起痕需定制)
14.电极短路 — 按下使电极短路
15.排液 — 按下后排出滴液杯和滴液针内的液体
16.排风 — 控制排气风机,试验结束后将箱体内烟雾抽空
17.电压 — 启动试验电压,电极通电
18.滴液— 按下后启动,滴液开始
19.照明 — 控制箱体照明灯
20.电源 — 接通或关断电源(220V,5A)
21.报警—指示电流大于0.5A时间超过2秒试验不合格,此时蜂鸣器
22.复位按钮 — 将滴液次数及相关操作恢复初始状态

四、使用步骤
(一)安装调试
1、开箱后,先去掉箱内防震泡沫和胶带、绑扎带等,试验箱水平放置。
2、滴液针装正,使滴液能从电极中间滴落。
3、检查电极、重块的固定螺钉是否拧紧,如有松动,应按标准重新固定。
(二)试验操作
1、将电源插头与AC220V电源接通。请配备稳压电源,调节试验电压和短路电流:
1.1 试验箱门关紧,将波段开关打至接近试验电压一档,按下“电压”按钮,调节“电压调节”旋钮使电压为试验所需电压。
1.2 先将“电流调节”旋钮调至zui小,再按“电极短路”按钮,调节“电流调节”旋钮,使电流表指示为1.0±0.1A(调节电压的时候如果电流超过1.2A,仪器会报警,电压会自动断开,此时必须先按复位键,再按电压键,然后重新调节)
2、电极调节
在电极断电下,把试品置于托盘,两电极置于试品上,调节托盘高度,使两电极的支撑棒呈水平,电极之间为4±0.1mm。滴针尖离试品高度为30~40mm,见
3、调节滴液(在电极断电下)
3.1 将试品移开,并逆时针旋转手轮使电极上升。将一个容器放在针尖下面,用来接住针尖滴下的溶液。溶液按标准配制倒至滴液杯内。
3.2 按“排液”按钮,排出一定的溶液,使滴液管内的空气排清。
3.3设定滴液时间间隔(30S)。
3.4设定滴液次数(50滴)。
4、试验
4.1 将容器移开,放回试品到托盘上,并将两电极放到试品上,可用量规检查电极之间是否为4mm,然后关门,按“电压”按钮,并检查电压表电压是否符合试验电压,否则调节“电压调节”旋钮使电压达到试验值。
4.2按“滴液”按钮,试验开始。试品在试验期间如电流大于0.5A,连续时间超过2S,继电器动作自动切断电源并报警。如出现试品起火燃烧也应人工终止试验(按“复位”按钮或切断电源)。
4.3 更换试验样品时,务必将“电压”键停止可按复位键.
5.试验结束
6.进行下次试验前一定要先按一下复位键,使数据清零,否则无法进行下一次试验。

二、主要技术参数及功能

四、使用步骤

(一)安装调试

1、开箱后,先去掉箱内防震泡沫和胶带、绑扎带等,试验箱水平放置。
