NTM Sensors now offers two types of hydrogen sensors. The NTM SenseH2? UL listed original robust and selective hydrogen sensor and the NTM SenseH2-R. The NTM SenseH2-R is a newly reformulated sensor that is tolerant to refrigerant gases commonly found in HVAC and fire suppression systems.
NTM SenseH2? Hydrogen Sensor
- Accurate: Highly sensitive to hydrogen, yet insensitive to carbon monoxide, methane and other flammable gases, making the sensor well suited for a wide range of environments.
- Stable: The sensor will not be affected by humidity, temperature and flow rate variation.
- Rapid: Response and rapid recovery times allowing measurement of transient leaks, and lead detection without false positives.
- Durable: Waterproof automotive grade connector providing a robust sensor with a common interface. No calibration is needed to insure action for specific LFL limit.
NTM SenseH2?-R Hydrogen Sensor
- Tolerant: New formulation can operate within sensor poisoning halogen gas backgrounds common to refrigerant gases and fire suppression systems.
- Selective: Highly selective to hydrogen gas, no false positives form other combustible gases.
- Repeatable: Rapidly and repeatedly detects the hydrogen concentration within the lower flammability limit of hydrogen in air (0.25% – 4% H2).
