【功能介绍】

可以检测尿液中是否含吗啡成分。从而定性判断被测者是否吸食了吗啡。 

【样品要求】

用一次性尿杯收集尿样，无需处理可直接检测。

【检验方法】

1、测试前先阅读使用说明书；

2、用干净尿杯取尿样；

3、从铝箔袋中取出检测卡，置于干净平坦的台面上，用吸管；垂直滴加2-3滴尿样到加样孔中；

4、3-5分钟读结果。为确保结果的准确性，请勿在5分钟后判读结果。

【结果解释】

1、阳性：在反应区内只出现一条红色质控线。

2、阴性：在反应区内出现质控线和反应线两条红线。

3、无效：在反应区内质控线未出现，需重新测试。

【注意事项】

1、检测卡在室温下一次性使用，不得重复使用；

2、检测卡从铝箔袋中取出后应在30分钟内尽快使用

3、3~5分钟内判定结果，10分钟后的结果无效

4、谨防检测卡受潮，检测卡受潮或铝箔袋破损后，检测卡不能使用

5、由于标本采集时存在差异，检测过程中可能出现质控线C和反应线T的颜色深浅或明暗不等，但只要可见，不管其颜色深浅或明暗均应视为出现。

在人体，皮肤是zui大的器官，也是的疫苗接种途径，因为皮肤含有免疫活性细胞，如成角质细胞（keratinocytes）和朗汉氏细胞（Langerhans），这有助于刺激先天免疫反应和获得性免疫反应[122]。用脂质体进行局部免疫搁的主要优点包括：（1）减少系统性免疫可能带来的副作用；（2）脂质体与皮肤具有高亲和性。但皮肤局部免疫接种也有一个问题，即需要临时或部分破坏机体的*道防线，如角质层，从而增加抗原的呈递[123，124]。已有报道，较小的脂质体（如40nm）能够渗透穿过朗汉氏细胞细胞层，而200nm的颗粒无此功能[125]。
阳离子脂质体（Cationic Liposomes）是由带正电荷的脂质制备而成。阳离子脂质体的优点之一是能增加亚单位疫苗的效力，而不需要增加疫苗活性成分的浓度[54-56]。这是由于带正电的脂质体与带负电荷的抗原递呈细胞（APC细胞）更易于相互作用，正电荷脂质体更容易被APC细胞摄取。许多研究表明，阳离子脂质体诱导比中性或阴性脂质体诱导出更强的特异性免疫反应[57-59]。然而，当与其它阴离子细胞或血液成份作用时，阳离子脂质体的这种靶向作用就较弱。
缓释效应可以将抗原/佐剂缓慢的释放出来，从而在较长时间内持续激活免疫系统。有人对肌肉注射后，脂质体表面电荷对其贮存缓释效应的影响进行了研究[60] 在研究中，用dimethyldiocta-decyclammonium（DDA）和trehalose dibehenate (TDB)制备阳离子脂质体，将结核病的亚单位抗原Ag85B- ESAT-6和衣原体CTH1蛋白抗原包封在脂质体中，并以中性脂质体为对照，研究脂质体表面电荷对疫苗功效和肌注给药时缓释效应的影响。脂质体的平均粒径为470nm，阳离子脂质体电荷为50 mV。对小鼠肌注免疫2次，间隔2周。阳离子脂质体相关抗原在注射部位存留的时间长于中性脂质体。阳离子脂质体能诱导Th1（IFN-γ）和Th17（IL-17）型免疫反应，从而有助于介导细胞免疫的辅助记忆性T细胞应答[60]。
有研究发现，阳离子脂质体的佐剂效应并不*依赖于电荷，还与阳离子化合物的组成及其在脂质双层中的浓度有关[54]。此外，阳离子脂质体中的胆固醇能显著增强免疫反应[55]。

6, topical administration of the skin (Topical Administration)
In the human body, the skin is the largest organ and is the ideal route of vaccination because the skin contains immunocompetent cells such as keratinocytes and Langerhans, which help to stimulate the innate immune response and acquired Immune response [122]. The main advantages of local immunostaining with liposomes include: (1) reducing the possible side effects of systemic immunity; and (2) liposomes have high affinity with the skin. It has been reported that smaller liposomes, such as 40 nm, permeate through the layer of Langerhans cells, whereas particles at 200 nm do not have this function [125].
Cationic liposomes are prepared from positively charged lipids. One of the advantages of cationic liposomes is the ability to increase the effectiveness of subunit vaccines without the need to increase the concentration of vaccine active ingredient [54-56]. This is because the positively charged liposomes are more likely to interact with negatively charged antigen presenting cells (APC cells), and the positively charged liposomes are more readily uptake by APC cells. Numerous studies have shown that cationic liposomes induce stronger specific immune responses than neutral or negative liposomes [57-59]. However, this targeting of cationic liposomes is weaker when acting on other anionic cells or blood components.
Slow release can release the antigen / adjuvant slowly, which will continue to activate the immune system over a longer period of time. The effect of the surface charge of the liposomes on the sustained-release effect of their stores following intramuscular injection was studied [60]. In addition, cholesterol in cationic liposomes significantly enhances the immune response [55].
