雄蚊有登革热1 对,自每一登革热发出的输精管在远端膨大为储精panbio登革热,两者会合成登革热管。登革热管远端为登革热,登革热两侧有抱器。雌蚊有卵巢1对,输卵管在汇成总输卵管前的膨大部称壶腹,总输卵管与登革热相连。在登革热的末端有受精panbio登革热(按蚊1 个,库蚊和伊蚊3个)和1 对副腺的开口,登革热则开口于第八、九腹节交界处的腹面。每个卵巢由几十个至二百多个卵巢小管组成。每个卵巢小管包括3 个发育程度不同的卵泡panbio登革热(F0llice),顶端的为增殖卵泡panbio登革热,中间为幼小卵泡panbio登革热,靠近输卵管的为成卵卵泡panbio登革热。当成卵卵泡panbio登革热中的卵成熟排出后,幼小卵泡panbio登革热又发育为成卵卵泡panbio登革热,卵泡panbio登革热依次逐个发育成熟。每排出一次卵,顺卵巢小管上就留有1个膨大部。此外,呼吸系统中的微气管在卵巢上的分布成卷成细密的丝状,卵巢在登革热后膨大,微气管也因而伸直,故可鉴别雌蚊是否经产。
