结构简述 Struture briefing
1、阀门为双排汽、两端为法兰连接结构。主要由阀体、阀盖、缓冲容器、活塞室、阀瓣、阀杆等零件组件。
1. The structure of the valve of double exhaust and both of its ends
are connected with flange. It is mainly consisted of boby, bonnet,cushion
container, piston chamber, disc, stem and other parts.
2、当介质压力升高至整定压力时，冲量安全阀打开，介质从脉冲管进入主安全阀的活塞室，推动活塞下降，使阀门自动打开，当冲量阀关闭时，阀瓣又自动关闭。
2.When the medium
pressure rises to the set pressure, the impulse safety valve opens, and the
medium in the impulse pipe enters into the piston chamber of the main safety
valve from impulse pipe, forcing the piston descend, and then the valve
automatically opens; when the impulse safety valve closes, the disc will also
automatically close.
3、密封面用钴基硬质合金堆焊而成，阀瓣经热处理，提高了硬度。
3.The sealed surface is made of hard alloy of cobalt by
overlaying welding. Through thermal treatment, the hardness of disc is
improved.
安装说明 Installation instruction
1、主安全阀门必须垂直安装在设备的zui高位置。
1. The main safety valve shall be installed vertically at the highest
position of the deivce.
2、主安全阀紧固在支座上，支座承受主安全阀排汽时产生的反作用力。
2. The main safety valve shall be fastened upon the
gallow, Which sustains the counterforce produced in the steam discharging
process of the main safety valve.
3、排汽管应有专门吊架，排汽管重量不许加在主安全阀上，主安全阀与排汽管之间的连接法兰应消除任何的附加预应力
3. The exhaust pipe shall contain a special
gallow to prevent the force of its weight directly applying on the main safety
valve. The connecting lange between the main safety valve and exhaust pipe shall
eliminate anyextra stress.
4、排汽管的zui低点应考虑疏水，以免排汽时产生水击。
4. At the lowest point of the exhaust pipe, water
drainage shall be taken into consideration to avoid producing water hammer while
discharging steam.
