【原理介绍】17-OHCS, 人尿17羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)检测试剂盒(17-Hydroxycorticosteroids，17一OHCS), 尿17-羟皮质类固醇为尿中由肾上腺皮质所分泌的激素及其代谢产物, 尿17－羟皮质类固醇临床意义：增高：见于肾上腺皮质功能亢进肾上腺皮质增生肾上腺皮质肿瘤甲状腺功能亢进严重刺激和创伤肥胖病胰腺炎, 减低：见于肾上腺皮质功能减退垂体前叶功能低下肾上腺切除术后和甲状腺功能减低。

ELISA测定按其表示测定结果的方式分为定性和定量测定两大类。定性测定只是对标本中是否含有待测抗原或抗体作出“有”或“无”的结论，分别用“阳性”和“阴性”来表示。
可见定性测定通常是用于传染性病原体的抗原或抗体的测定，以判断特定病原体感染的存在与否。而定量测定则是对标本中待测抗原的多少进行量值测定，以具体数值表示。定量测定基本上是用于非病原体抗原物质的测定，如激素、细胞因子、肿瘤标志物、小分子药物等。目前国内应用的人尿17羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)检测试剂盒部分是用于传染性病原体的抗原或抗体的定性测定，也有少部分用于FP，hCG、细胞因子等的定量测定。ELISA定性测定的“阴性”和“阳性”的判定依据是试剂盒所确定的阳性判定值(cut-off)。定量测定的“量值”依据是试剂盒中所带标准品同时测定得出的剂量反应曲线(又称标准曲线)。
