实验中常见问题：
避免CV值较高的方法
1、从-20℃拿出后马上使用板子，不要把板放到箔外面太长时间，否则板子会吸收水分；
2、等到沉淀物*溶解再加样品；
3、不要上下吸液稀释沉淀物；
4、在洗涤的过程中至少加入400?l 洗涤液，加入后洗涤液应该在孔内存留几秒；
5、小心的拿掉标准品上的覆盖物。

1、低压冻干的标准品定容的体积不正确；
2、定容的时间太短，标准品还没有*溶解；
3、浓缩标准品的稀释不正确；
4、稀释材料的储藏不正确；
5、标准品被污染；
6、稀释标准品时没有混匀；
7、测量波长没有使用正确。
