【保存建议】:提供的HA-Tag抗体产品为200 ug 无色溶液，其浓度为1.0 mg/ml，溶解于包含有50%甘油， 1% BSA， 0.02%硫柳汞的PBS， pH 7.2），缓冲液中.请将该HA-Tag抗体产品置于-20 ℃冷冻保存，建议分装使用以避免反复冻融.

【背景资料】:

Epitope tags are useful for the labeling and detection of proteins using immunoblotting， immunoprecipitation， and immunostaining techniques. The HA tag is derived from an epitope of the influenza hemagglutinin protein， which has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors.

【应用类型】:

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）， immunoprecipitation （10-20 ug/ml）， and immunocytochemistry （10-20 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects HA-tag fused to the C-terminus or N-terminus of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells.

融合标签，如HA、His等标签的使用可以简化蛋白质的纯化过程、控制蛋白质固定的空间取向及方便检测、使体内生物事件可视化、提高重组蛋白质的产量、增强重组蛋白质的可溶性和稳定性等。常用的标签包括myc、HA、Flag、His、GST等。其中HA标签系统利用一个HA (influenza hemagglutinin epitope: YPYDVPDYA)短肽肽融合到目标蛋白。
