相控阵探头【奥林巴斯Olympus】
我们制造用于不同检测应用的各种形状和尺寸的相控阵探头。这里用示意图说明了几种类型的探头
典型阵列探头的频率范围为1 MHz到17 MHz，晶片的数量范围为10到128。Olympus提供各种各样利用压电复合材料技术的探头，可进行各种各样的检测。本部分说明Olympus的标准相控阵探头。这些探头被分为三种类型：角度声束探头、整合楔块探头及水浸探头。
其它类型的探头是根据应用需要而特殊设计的探头。
整合式楔块和符合规范的探头
这种组合件将一体化楔块和符合规范的探头放置于同一个外壳中，这样就使探头和楔块的组合件具有非常薄的侧面，可以用于接触式角度声束检测。由于无需在探头和楔块接触面之间使用耦合剂，因此探头和楔块之间的耦合状态会永远保持*的状态。这些探头可对应力腐蚀裂纹进行手动检测，还可用于符合AWS和DGS规范的应用，此外，这些探头还可同时使用40°到70°角度对6.35毫米到19毫米的较厚表面进行手动焊缝检测（对接接头、角接接头、T型接头）。
深穿透型探头
深穿透探头可与各种楔块配合使用，进行各种角度声束的检测应用。这些探头于深穿透应用，如对较厚平板、焊缝、锻件，及多噪声或晶粒状材料的检测。

焊缝检测探头
焊缝检测探头的外壳侧面很薄且线缆从前面伸出的特点可以避免受到扫查器探头架的干扰。这些探头不仅适用于对厚焊缝进行的手动和自动检测，还适用于对铸铁、锻件、管道、管件、***加工部件和结构部件中的裂缝和焊接缺陷的检测。

近壁探头
