相控阵探头【奥林巴斯Olympus】
我们制造用于不同检测应用的各种形状和尺寸的相控阵探头。这里用示意图说明了几种类型的探头

典型阵列探头的频率范围为1 MHz到17 MHz,晶片的数量范围为10到128。Olympus提供各种各样利用压电复合材料技术的探头,可进行各种各样的检测。本部分说明Olympus的标准相控阵探头。这些探头被分为三种类型:角度声束探头、整合楔块探头及水浸探头。
其它类型的探头是根据应用需要而特殊设计的探头。
整合式楔块和符合规范的探头


这种组合件将一体化楔块和符合规范的探头放置于同一个外壳中,这样就使探头和楔块的组合件具有非常薄的侧面,可以用于接触式角度声束检测。由于无需在探头和楔块接触面之间使用耦合剂,因此探头和楔块之间的耦合状态会永远保持*的状态。这些探头可对应力腐蚀裂纹进行手动检测,还可用于符合AWS和DGS规范的应用,此外,这些探头还可同时使用40°到70°角度对6.35毫米到19毫米的较厚表面进行手动焊缝检测(对接接头、角接接头、T型接头)。

焊缝检测探头

近壁探头

小脚印探头
小脚印探头可进入到活动空间狭窄的区域(A00探头的脚印尺寸为8×8毫米)。
